First Avenue Rocks is proud to offer our Kids Belay programs. We have lots of options to meet the needs of your little climbers. Please check out our Kids Belay Guidelines that make for a fun, safe experience with First Avenue Rocks.
!!ATTENTION!! All children under 18 years old MUST have a liability release signed by THEIR parent or legal guardian.
Weekend Kids Belay
Bring your children to First Avenue Rocks for our open kids belay sessions. This program allows kids to try their hand at climbing on our top-rope wall while being belayed by one of our friendly knowledgeable staff. This program is offered on a first come first serve basis.
- 10 AM – 2 PM Saturday
- Includes all equipment and belay staff
- $15.00 per child
Kids Belay By Appointment
Looking for a more personalized experience? One of our belay staff can work with your child for one hour of focused instruction. Please contact or call us to schedule an appointment 24 hours in advance.
- 7 days a week 10 AM to 4 PM
- Includes all equipment and belay staff
- $40.00, $15.00 each additional child up to four
Parent Belay
Want to do more than watch? Sign up for our belay safety class and you can share in your child’s adventure. Please contact or call us to set up a time.
- Belay class offered weekly
- $25.00 class includes equipment, one hour of instruction, and one hour of climbing
- FREE with membership
